Sad day...

//I was planning to come home to Finland and take my time to blog. About the suvenires I bought from Oslo and also about other things. But life is unexpected. So, instead of happy posts, I have something sad to write. But eventhought today is a sad day, my post will have a happy vibe too. When I was in the ship on my way to Finland, I got a phonecall from my grandmom. She said tat my great-grandmother had passed away this morning. She was in the hospital having a surgery, but she never came out of it. So sad! She was 92 years old and she recently got a cancer...but she was fighting. Few years ago she also had cancer, but she won that battle. This time she didn't. I remember my great-grandmom as one of the toughest persons I know. She never complained, she was so active and you could have never told that she was over 90 years old! She used to climb on the pear tree to get some pears :) She also liked to be in the garden. And she made the best homemade potato fries. I also remember all these times when we were looking photoalbums and she talked so long about each photo. She had always so much to say! I have really really warm feelings when I think of my granny (that's how I called her eventhough she was my great-grandmother). I have another angel looking over me now. //
Mamma koos pisi Jonathaniga!
